Business would be booming, Peace would bring Development
We wouldn't have Ethiopian, Ugandan, AMISOM, American, EU, ect
Somali would be self sufficient and would start building back its industry, Fish, Cows, Farms, Minerals, Oil
The Army would be stronger and more disciplined
Tribes would all be treated fair and everyone would have representation aka there would never be a 4.5
During the few months the ICU had the Captial there was weddings everyday, thousands of Somalis came back, The country actually had peace, no gun fire, no battles, just weddings and people enjoying their life
I remember how bad it got when the Ethiopians came every ran to Elasha Biyaha, people were eating cactus it was like Gaza, tents everywhere over half a million people ran lived outside the city.

IF ICU was never defeated Alshabaab would have No power, or Real Members, most of their members came from ICU and Hizbul Islam
Ethiopia invading with the Support of America was to Break up the ICU, they just didnt think far enough to plan for after, or what happens next.

Sheikh Sharif was needed post war because Abdullahi Yusif and Ethiopia created a Insurgency that they couldn't defeat and was getting worse,
Yeah TFG basically collapsed following the counter insurgency so they had Sharif Ahmed and others to pick up the pieces
