Apparently right next to aden airport there's a secret base where they take peoples organs, its run by foreigners. Lots of children have gone missing in Somalia. Reading one of the comments they mention that one of the ilwaad sisters who was murdered a couple of years ago found out about this and quickly was shot before she opened her mouth. Her family are keeping quiet now too.
