Human rights & Child welfare agencies are concerned on Somaliland Gov treatment/imprisonment of kids and minors

391 underage Somaliland children were charged with a crime this year alone, most of those minors are currently serving jail and prison in the Breakway region where under age child laws are none exiting nor is respected.

The human rights and Child welfare agencies are concerned about Somaliland constant abusing and violating the welfare of the Children the state was supposed to protect.

They are kids from minority tribes such as Gabooye. Due to discrimination they don't amount to much and live rough on the street sniffing glue and eating leftover khat leaves. They are also trafficked to the Middle East.
