Somalia can’t directly buy anything other than light weaponry. So basically everything is out of each other than vehicles and small arms. No heavy artillery, tanks, aircraft, most military vehicles.

Somalia’s partner forces like Danab can however get some of this.

He’s meeting a dude who reports to the deputy secretary of treasury who in turn reports to the secretary of the treasury who reports to Biden.
