This is good news. They should concentrate these troops in Koonfur Galbeed and Jubbaland as these are the two areas that remain heavily under Shabaab.

They were conscripted under false pretenses. Farmaajo's government told these youth they were being taken to Qatar for training but instead they endured 5 years of hell in Eritrea. If they can't trust their national leaders, they will put their faith in their tribe.
