Should pause the operation against Shabaab in Eastern Galgaduud and focus on clearing Mudug up to Jowle which should be easy. Then saruur+Cayr Bari should sign a deal with Shabaab similar to other subs. Even Xawaadle signed a heshiis after liberating most of their land.

Lock in those gains made in Shabellaha Dhexe and Mudug. Unfortunately a month was wasted in Dhusamareb, Galmudug State has paused their other work including construction of Dhusamareb airport.
