For the past 8 years, these two Kenyan men were the presidents of Somalia (HSM and Sharif sheikh ). Today they are running for the president although they hold Kenyan citizenship which is conflict of interest due to border dispute between Kenya and Somalia.

After Mogadishu kicked them out they're back and it's obvious they don't have our best interests at heart. Faarmajo is most definitely the most corrupt politican, who was even educated in the US with the help of Barre, while HSM is atleast homegrown. The US are one of the biggest potential threats to Somalia and any foreign land they are in. Why else do you think we kicked them out 23 years ago?

Terrorist attacks can occur anywhere, even the most advanced nations can't prevent suicide attacks, so how can you expect Somalia, a country recovering from 20+ years of civil war, to do any better?
We do not expect the leaders of Turkey or the US to resign when terrorist attacks happen in their country, why should HSM resign?
