How would Somaliweyn effect Africa as well as the rest of the world

If we all fixed our issues and were blessed with a visionary leader who'll rule the country with an iron fist on top of successfully regain all Ethnic Somali territories How would the rest of the continent as well as the rest of the world react?

Most of our rivers would be within our borders; more importantly, we would gain control of the Tana River, which is more valuable than our other two rivers. The vast tract of agricultural land would mean we could comfortably support a larger population, a rough estimate of around 70-100 million Somalis, but it could be as high as 200 million. We would be the third-largest country in Africa, but unlike Algeria, which has vast tracts of the Sahara and the Congo with its jungle, most of our land would be traversable and hospitable for infrastructure building.

Our borders would be more natural; instead of straight lines cutting through flat and grazing land, it would be the Tana River in the south and the Harage Highlands to the east as our natural and fortifiable borders. The "core" of Somalia, which is the string of coastal cities from Djibouti towards Kismayo, would have vast tracts of land separating it from hostiles.
