Even though corruption in Puntland isn't as severe like Mogadishu(these guys r doing isbaaro $25 dollar extortion on dead bodies), however like any African govt it does exist and this is my blueprint to eradicate it completely.

Our silent religious ulama need to come out and declare anyone caught in corruption cannot attend any mosque, is not halal for marriage to any male or female partner, they will be buried among non Muslims and no salatul janazah can be done on them. We must warn them their kids will also suffer discrimination due to their careless parent.

Our PL business community, govt, civil society must also play their role and ban any employment to these people. How in the world are people who rob NGO money dedicated to the poor and build houses with it in Nairobi are considered Muslims is beyond me.

These people need to be cracked down on and their no real movement on them. Do you really think these people will enter Jannah? These people are bloody the true kaffirs and noone bloody tells them. Do you think raising kids in looted property or using loot money to build mosque in Hamar is normal mumin behaviour?

There is two type of thieves that noone tolerates and it's a thief who robs money intended for poor people, elderly, disabled, and children. These type of people are shunned and condemned out of society. Why is PL still got kiddy gloves on for the worst type of human?

We should be naming and shaming them on the media, our police should have dedicated task force to round these people up like they do with minor sins like alcohol drinkers. Alcohol drinkers is an individual sin not effecting others like the tuug, isbaaro, kufsi, murderers, and corrupt leaders robbing ppl funds.

We treat corrupt officials with kiddy gloves some even are praised by their clans men. How can we have a successful Puntland if we don't take out our garbage? No society can progress while holding onto the most vile filth in its social system.

The kiddy gloves need to come off, we need to make them so discriminated to the point life is hell or how the midg2ns are treated, that's the role corrupt officials should know will be their outcome if caught in corruption.

Niin masuliyad la saray oo umaad dhan dambi ka galay is far worse then someone who commits a crime against another individual, your literally a criminal at the public level and committed a crime against millions yet their no public pressure on them is itself insanity. We need to sit down as puntites and say Enuff is Enuff and we all agree these ppl no matter what clan he hails from has lost his clan status, religious status and his home will be to replace the innocent midg2ns of their status and they shall wear their status from now till yowmul qiyama.

We can be seen as pioneers and trendsetters and most honorable society in Africa hadi aan is gabano these tuug using the the public state to commit crimes against millions. Hell all projects will be awarded to our region due to our cultural revolution to remove criminals using the public state for their criminal behaviors.

Projects are always suspended if the state allows for criminals in the state as their deemed a risk. To end corruption literally makes us the no 1 region in Africa for investment. Millions suffer because of a few criminals in the state is an unacceptable status quo.

There is individual sins/crimes against one self like khat, alcohol, drugs yet they have a dedicated task force for them in PL which is quite minor when balanced against sins or crimes against someone else, this also has police, prisons, death penalty, compensation and other instruments to prevent or prosecute.

But crimes against millions thru officials in the state there is no taskforce, there is no preventing frameworks or prosecuting or shunning from social circles like clan status removal, religious status removal, death penalty, etc. It's shocking we allow the worst crimes go unchecked in our state.

That can be one instrument but we need more like social status removed. Trust me you don't wanna be clan less in Somalia, it's automatic death sentence. Why aren't sheikhs coming out and saying to people those who conduct in corruption are kaffirs, cannot marry, will not be allowed in mosques or buried among Muslims. There needs be a social status consequences also.

Death penalty is only effective if you cherish life, it's ineffective for the masses in poor country cause some even look forward to death due to poverty. But for officials who are established, this could be a deterrent. For the masses tho life behind a cage or work camps is more suitable because being behind a cage or working for free is a worse condition then poverty they face in life.
