I slept on the flight and it has been nearly 4 days and still have not recoveredJust plan ahead and sleep on the flight if you need to.
No silver bullet I'm afraid.
Once a while traveler I am. The longest trip was this!If you get jet-lagged then you haven't traveled enough.

The funny thing is that I am tired most of the time, then when it comes to night, I ain't tiredI hate that jet lag feeling, but what helps is keeping your sleep routine, don’t just sleep at noon even if you are extremely tired try to stay up until night time.

you do know that I’m headed to Malaysia in like 2 weeks.
Any tips ?
I’ll be there for 2 1/2 weeks
@TheBanderiBadz
October/November! Brother your staying most of the time inside your room since it is rainy season
Touristic areas is a no no!, go to local markets for the same thing for a local price
DO NOT GO to a central Kuala Lumpar hotel, since its not worth the cost. Try areas such as Salangor (Bit far out of KL, but good transport connection)
Most Islands are over rated, the best Malaysian island is Borneo or Penang Island
Have 2 holidays at the same time. If you have time, visit singapore whilst your at it. Beautiful and also travel is cheap
SOME restaurants are accused anti Muslim activities . If during lunch time you see no one entering it, AVOID IT!
Street Food is too nice and cheap, avoid getting fat! It is very nice and Halal, so I can expect 5- 10 KG wihin a week
Visit the flea market on a Saturday, Everybody goes!
Xalimos which are there are there for a reason, STUDYING! Keep hands and eyes away from them!
Visas. If you decided to go to a local airport, and the guard "sees" something wrong with your visa, you know what to do! Slip 150 RM and everybody shall be happy
Enjoy!
"Visa" = MoneyThank you so much for taking the time.
Let me give you my game plan
I’ll be there for 2 weeks
I’ve rented 4 different Airbnbs just so I don’t get stuck at a nightmarish host.
I’ll be in KL for the first 4 buildings but I’ll fly out to Langkawi for 4 days.
Then I’ll be back in KL for the remainder of my holidays.
I intend to walk a lot and explore.
I’m also a foodie guy
I intend to get massages ( not sex).
Shop a little
I won’t behave like a tourist.
( why would I have a problem with my Visa? I got an American passport dammit)
(I will have a Xaliimo for maybe 3 days. I will get rid of her afterwards).
Yep Thanks! Kinda helped me, but the body is moving all weak at timesForce yourself to sleep at 10pm and wake up 6am everyday.
Circadian rhythm will be back to normal within days.
If this routine doesn’t work and take melatonin.
"Visa" = Money
Somebody will and will stop you and claim that your "visa" is invaliad and you need to go to the "Immigration Department" - Just pay the 150 RM "Fine"
The rest is looking good. For Massages DO NOT GO to the Chinatown. I am sorry but that is a place is for "Happy Endings" and also it is illegal and bit dangerous!
Overall Malaysia is a nice place, and you will enjoy it!
I use it from time to time in Singapore, but never in MalaysiaI’m going to a blind people giving massage place.
What about the metro? I’m hopping on the metro to get to my Airbnb as I get of the plane. I don’t even wanna take a cab. Speaking of a cab, have you tried Grab?
