The government needs to be aware of every vessel in our waters through the navigational technology available today. Plus we need a coast guard to catch these dirty anjnabis in the act of dumping shit or stealing our fish. But we cannot do this without sufficient funding. I'd say we need a navy and get UN to monitor area just outside our waters to see anyone who trespasses. I don't trust both in our waters which is why we need our own navy and we must start recording these countries in the act so we have the right to kill them on site and can report them to the UN. Either they deal with it or we do! the UN needs to stop being hypocrites.

Especially since we were elected to the UN. These issues need to be brought up.

Most likely our best option. The corrupt government will sick any funds away. But let's give credit where it's due, Puntland and Somaliland admin would both do the same thing.

We could make a GoFund me for the diaspora and bring the attention to the UN Human Rights now that we're a part of it. Fund a proper Coastal Guard that completely cuts out the middleman Governments.
