why are you working in the informal economy? it sucks. Anyway you gotta carry yourself with conviction and confidence. Don't mince your words, and make your demands very clear, leave no room for speculation/negotiation. If your employer is non confrontational, put pressure on them.

If that doesn't work, gear up, you can make upwards of up to 50 times your daily salary in one night.

Well, you haven't given us much insight into what you do for work. Not sure what advice we can share, but if you're an immovable person on the team, you can open up that conversation and potentially get things moving in the right direction.

But for most people in your position, the best move to increase your salary or for a "raise" is simply switching to another company, with the same job title and tasks.
