I always check your spoiler. I would say 50% is the decent amount to pocket. But there are niggas out there who pockets 90%
How do you think somalia would look like today if none of the funds were pocketed by corrupt officials?

Majority of those funds pay for their own security and clan loyalty. Only two presidents (Hassan & Sharif) from Mogadishu have so far created a million dollar business with stolen funds. The clan enclave premiers are starving and can’t front enough to even write a memoir.

At least 95% of funds in Xamar get stolen. Even the ventilators aren't safe. In Puntland, it's probably closer to 30%. We still get lots of development.

If Somalia established an anti-corruption organization, they'd complain about it being made up of clan X or Y :bell:

even if somalia had auditors, they would get bribed to falsify records, there's no winning. Somali people should just stop depending on the govt, and start community self improving

I think it depends where in Somalia and what income source.

This is my hypothesis:

National budget.

Puntland and Somaliland = 30% Stolen

Xamar = 70% before this Government and 50% now.

International Aid.Somaliland and Puntland = 50%-100%:faysalwtf:

xamar = 90-100%. :mjlol:

Depends state by state but being realistic they all pocket a big amount of money you shouldn't expect anything else from a country in africa
