I’ve tried searching this up on google but I immediately encounter nearderthals and weird homo people
Can you give a timeline since the first human-prophet Adam AS till now I’m guessing 50k to 100k years ago
But that’s so hard to wrap your head around
So drop your theories and facts

I karbash wahabist salafis daily.
Probably an estimate of 170-250k. Although, if we consider our evolutionary lineage to the first living organism which we evolved from (single called prokaryote) it will be millions of years.

Looking at the timeline of those prophets, I’m gonna go with 10,000 years at max.

It's a hard question, walaal but here is what I have found.

According to science, the first human ancestors appeared between five million and seven million years ago, probably when some apelike creatures in Africa began to walk habitually on two legs. They were flaking crude stone tools 2.5 million years ago. The modern form of humans only evolved about 200,000 years ago and the intelligent anatomically modern human beings developed over 100,000 years ago. They began moving outside of Africa starting about 70,000 years ago by crossing through Bab-el-Mandeb to modern-day Yemen and Oman. They developed a capacity for language about 50,000 years ago. Civilization as we know it is only about 6,000 years old and industrialization started in the earnest only in the 1800s

According to Islam, Sūrat al-Aʻrāf states that the "heavens and the earth" were created in the equivalent of six yawm. The Arabic word yawm means "day", and some Muslims believe the universe was created in six days, akin to the story of creation in the Book of Genesis in the bible. However, it is essential to note that the "days" mentioned in the Quran do not equal the 24 hours day period. According to Quranic verse 70:4, one day in the Quran is equal to 50,000 years on Earth whereas another verse states that "a day in the sight of your Lord is like 1,000 years of your reckoning" (22:47). The word "yawm" is thus understood, within the Qur'an, to be a long period of time -- an era or eon. Therefore, Muslims interpret the description of a "six days" creation as six distinct periods or eons. The length of these periods is not precisely defined, nor are the specific developments that took place during each period. It is worth noting before the existence of humans the earth was once roamed and ruled by devils and this could've possibly been the age of the dinosaurs.

As for Prophet Adam (PBUH). The general belief of Islam is Adam was created roughly 7 thousand years ago. However, the Qur'an states that humans were not the first life forms on earth. Beyond that, it doesn't state anything. Neanderthals and other types of hominid and humanoid creatures being our predecessors do not contradict Islam's view in the least so it is very likely we modern homo-sapiens of today are just descendants of Adam (PBUH) which explains why civilizations were appearing in his time.

I agree with everything you’ve said but if you search up the oldest human skull it dates back to 210000 years ago
They could be Neanderthals like you suggested but aren’t they banu adam too
