How does buying land work in rural areas work?

If I wanna buy massive farm land in jubbaland more specifically burgabo area how would this work?

Would I have to be the same qabil as the ppl there in order to buy that land ? Would they be cool if an absame man(me) were to buy a bunch of land there? I hear burgabo is mj

Can’t I just claim a bunch of land in the middle of baadiyo and hope no one ever bothers me lol?

Does the terrorist group still operate outta there? In other words is it safe to go?

Do the roads from burgabo to Kismayo have any isbaaro?

In order to do all this do I have to speak to governor of that region?

Get into contact with your family over there. My brother did that and bought some land in ceerigabo. The only way to do that is be in contact with your relatives. Beyond that I wouldn’t know how you’d get an answer on here. And buying large farm would take a lot of work. You’d have to buy solar panels, lots of lifestock, etc.
