Anything above medium rare on a steak is just disgusting, either that or slow cooking it or make it into suqaar.

The amount of cookedness of the steak would not be an issue if people didn't cook the leanest meat known to man on a high temperature hob. Baruur is there to add softness to hilib so you can still eat it its why they say wagyuu is good even when its well done. Steak is overrated it tastes like grass and metal if it was a meat and its so expensive whenever hooyo cooks it she has to use the low quality cuts that go stale if you dont eat it in 5 minutes

When i make steak i usually slow cook it in seasoning and chicken stock and put it in a pressure cooker till it gets really soft. I then take it out and i sear and fry on both sides to get a beautiful crisp outer layer and an extremely soft juicy inner layer thats well cooked
these guys dash normal hilib straight onto a pan and call it a day
Steak is shitty meat anyways i prefer other cuts of meat like lamb shoulder or lamb leg. Cow is nasty and i only like it as suqaar
Mutton is also beautiful and so is rabbit and oxtail. I always buy it from the halal butchers

I come from the generation that if you had a medium rare on the cookout, no one would eat it.You'd have to go back and cook it more. Absolutely no one would eat it.
You can easily get a tender juicy one and have it well cooked.
