How come most men are not connected to their emotions ?

I am a very emotional guy, I always know the condition of my soul and happiness. I have constant reflection about ho different things makes me feel. Most men are like this cold weird robots... its very un-Islamic since Islam is based on improving your emotions and state.....

I have personally observed there is something simple in a negative way about the male gender. I think Somali men to a degree is better than Whites with all our poets.

Everybody's emotional. Just men and women express it differently. Women express their emotion in more passive ways such as crying while men are encouraged to express it in a more aggressive way. Everybody should learn how to balance how their more passive and aggressive side in a way that's more healthy for them.
