How come dairy companies in Somalia don't produce liquid milk but powdered instant milk

Why don't dairy producers back home don't produce liquid pasteurized milk like you get in Europe instead you will get powdered milk but imported UHT MILK (disgusting). Its not only in Somalia but if you go to countries like Saudi Arabia,UAE even India you won't find liquid milk.

so much chemicals they pump into dairy milk. I’m not sure if drinking cow milk would be healthier than them drinking local goat or camel milk.

also maybe they don’t do it because not everyone has refrigerators.

The powdered milk you see in third world countries are actually produced en Europe and exported to those countries.. I heard they are very cheap compared to fresh local milk and local farmers cannot compete with the prices, this is very bad for the local economy.

In Somalia, a lot of the milk is fresh, they will buy it within the day and use it the same day.

I know companies are starting to invest in milk production facilities, but it's not an easy business.
