I know 99% percent that within the time-frame that Oromo will fall and split into 4 more effective groups but how will this effect Somalis? Hararghe will fall into Somalis, they will rejoin Dir/Somalis.


2. Arsi/Bale will reform 99% percent Muslim Hadiya ethnic. If you guys know the Hadiya kingdom in Ethiopia which the Oromos took over in the 16th century. The Oromos who today call themselves Arsi/Bale are Hadiya.

3. The Shewan monarchy will come back in Shewa and will rule from Addis Ababa to north.

4. What will happen to Borana? It might join Ogaden or they might remain to be the lost Oromos..




Why will this happen?

The Oromo ethnic is full of confused people even when Siad Barre armed Muslim Oromos, the Christians took the side of Mengistu. This confusion must end and the ethnic must disband to the structure before the 16th century.

I personally welcome Dir back to Somalia and the 99% percent Hadiya Muslims.....

What we are discussing is if the Oromos are either collection of ethnics forming one ethnic or people related by culture, religion and one voice. This isn't the case. Menelik is celebrated in Shoa and hated in Bale. This confusion can't exist within one ethnic so, Oromo will fall and several nations will arise. The nations that will come back are the pre-16th century nations. Borana will remain the only Oromo ethnic left and the rest will disband.


It's much easier to unite 10 million ethnic with one religion, one language and one leader. The Amhara ethnic is also a fraud. Amhara will split to Shewa, Welo, Gondar and Gojjam.

The Tigrian ethnic is an ethnic of one religion, one language and one voice. They are united and small enough. Tigrians can beat Amhara or Oromo due to their unity and mutual interest. The Oromos and Amharas fight within themselves while the Tigrians put their flags over Bahir Dar and Addis Ababa.

Your paradigm isn't accrurate. Oromos like most nations have multiple viewpoints because of said differences. You can't compare somalia who has one said ethnicity and religion but still face unquenched rivalry and viewpoints. Oromos for the most part know they are Oromo even if they have been assimilated by other groups or have assimilated others, they collectively refer to themselves as Oromo. I think you're over stretching the feelings of the arsi and bale oromos. They might be the most rebellious but they would without a doubt rather be united with the rest of Ethiopia and the rest of the oromos than join Somalia. They probably have the most mistrust with Somalia because of hararghe being annexed by the Somali region and they see dir dawa as their city.

The Amhara are also relatively united through even religious lines. You think the different historical regions are some sort of division that are clear and cut. The regions throughout history have unified with each other and were subservient to the emperor whether he came from Shewa Wollo Tigray and Gojjam.

Somalis like you can't grasp the idea of multicultural nations within a singular country because they can't even work with people who are relatively similar to them.
