I'm also wondering why is her 30 year old son still living with the mother.. That guy should've been working by now and support his mom.

That's what I'm suspecting as well.. But the description oftheir daily routine especially the boys doesn't indicate any psychological disorders.

Yes, I saw that as well. However, it can possibly be a milder variant. Some people with mental disorders do their daily life routine despite having a mental disorder.
