HIV rate by region in Somalia (back in 2004)

I wonder what the HIV rate now is for south Central? since AMISOM and Ethiopians arrived in 2006. Back in 2004 it had the least HIV rate of all regions despite larger population.

Because it is an Oromo town.

Somaliland has higher percentage due to oromos I think I seen it somewhere in a report like this they didn’t specify Oromo but they said Ethiopians but we all know that means Oromo

but Puntland had a higher percentage than south central ?? Kind of hard to believe. Was this accurate?
