I stumbled upon this question watching a documentary about the opium wars.

Given we have the highest khat users in the world, and 99% of the khat we consume comes from neighboring countries.

It's borderline impossible competing with Yemen considering their khat habits. I was shocked looking at the figures for women and prepubescent children

Do any other drugs grow in Somalia or trafficked we need to flood Kenya with something else while they flood us with Khat.
