It's not too uncommon in the west to see girls in hijab who dress modestly walking next to a non-hijabi in a skirt.
Just like I walk with friends who may smoke or sometimes drink whilst I refrain from doing such things.
It's called a secular society and personal choice.
It is no one but you who decides if you want to indulge in Haram things or follow the path of God and be rewarded.
Personally I don't worry too much since I believe somali girls carry themselves better then any other type of women I have met.
