High-Protein diet for cutting recommendations?

Trying to eat between 1500-2000 calories, and finding it hard to consistently stick to high-protein foods, mainly cause I'm a terrible cook.

I am consulting the services of the sspot community - what's a nice, go-to high protein diet in the 1500 calories range 🤔

What's your weekly budget?

Sirloin steak (grilled) -250 grams(defrost) add your own spices and salt - 8-10 minutes on 200c - 600 calories, 63g of protein, 36g of fat.

Usually cook 2 chicken legs, marinated over 24 hours, usually do them in batches of 10 - air fryer for 17 minutes at 200 - 480 calories 44g protein - 32g of fat.

Greek yogurt full fat 150g mixed it with peanut butter milled flaxseed and sweeten with honey.

Calories Protein Fat Net Carbs
Total ~1,550 – 1,750 kcal ~120 g ~105 g ~13 g

I eat this in one sitting, make sure to have 500ml of water soaked chia seeds after, between milled flaxseed and chia seeds, you enough average person on omad/low carb only needs 8-15 grams of fibre.

Many thanks bro, and I'm willing to break the bank. OMAD could br a tad difficult - what time of day do you eat?
