It turns out both the Heritage Institute and Sahan Foundation are being funded by two Western think tanks: National Endowment for Democracy (NED), and Adam Smith International (ASI).

Since 2017, Heritage Institute received $1.905.569,00 and @SahanResearch received $1.471.675,00.
