The other night, I was sleeping and something was strangling me. I tried to call out for help,but no one could hear me. Also, when I was walking by a cemetry once as a child, I saw an apparition of a woman in 1500s clothing with a sinister smile on her face.

Ghosts don’t exist. When you’re dead you have no contact with the living world, you are in barzakh. Jinns do exist though, they often get confused with ghosts.
