They are occupied and in concentration campsWhy isn’t East Turkestan included?
They’re not officially a country they’re part of China by force. There are 5 countries officially part of the Turkic council and Turkmenistan is due to join in the future. Russia China and Iran will have serious territorial issues with a Turkic state. Why isn’t East Turkestan included?
Interesting is this going to be similiar to some sort of Arab league or are you saying they want to join and form one central stateThey’re not officially a country they’re part of China by force. Yhh that’s the one I thought but the Turkic council is a serious union. It would make turkey a super power and per capita a super power economy. Here’s the greater Turkey that most people think of View attachment 116385
That's because Turkish people mixed with Persians, Arabs, Greeks and others in their region. TheTurkish identity is a weird one if you went to turkey you'll see some of them look like europeans, some of them like indoyar central asians and some like middle eastern. They claim their lineage all the way to atilla the hun,gökturks and even the krugans.
Turkeyweyne thing is linguistics more than anything there is no real turks left now
neo ottomanism is more interesting
Right now it’s like the arab league but in the future they will unite. Russia has been pressuring the ex soviet state to stay away or get invaded like they did to Georgia but turkey is militarily dominant enough to defend them now so they’re getting more bold now.Interesting is this going to be similiar to some sort of Arab league or are you saying they want to join and form one central state
they have this nationalism way of life in turkey even though genetically their back ground is different they call themselves turks. They even claim ottoman as a turkish empire and don't want to associate with arabs or islam in anyway. In a way it helped them get where they are today but at the cost of islam most turks 90% can barely read the quran or know jack about it. Movement were formed to return them to their islamic roots though so far these movements are not doing too bad. That's because Turkish people mixed with Persians, Arabs, Greeks and others in their region. The
Ottoman empire was an Islamic empire which brought different ethnicities to socialize.
They’re not there yet but not far. There first domestically make aircraft carrier is ready next year and they’re building a 5th generation fighter jet. The only problem they have is they can’t produce the engine entirely domestically yet but not far off then they will be a military super power. If they make the alliance with the Turkic nations the GDP of turkey will triple as they no longer will be energy importers but will be exporters.Turkey is already a mini World power with all the help they are giving to US and Europe
with the Corona Crises. They have proven that they can stand on their own.
Turkic Council is a Cultural Alliance, not a Political Alliance. Central Asians have very close
Alliance with Russia.
I didnt think it would be so hard to make one of these enginesThey’re not there yet but not far. True but they only really need to make a few dozen at most right. It's building the industry behind those engines that takes decades to nurture.
Some African countries could probably reverse engineer those engines but manufacturing them at scale is a whole different ball game.
