he wants to organize Somali midterm elections to elect the FMS leaders near the midpoint of the president's term similar to the US and Mexico so all the current FMS presidents have to stay till 2024 and now his first policy is to fight the Al Khawarij and finish them in two years, the first year in the central areas.
After that he plans to change state leaders. The midterm election system will create an excuse for him to get 2 years extension because it takes a lot of time also the extension for Laftagareen and Madoobe and QoorQoor 6 months in exchange for his extension. i believe that the best policy is to fight Al Khawarij and install your political allies at the same time unlike of the former president who only focused on installing his "allies" who backstabbed him in the election time and he did not engage in a war against the Al khawarij. Hassan Sheikhs allies are different though they are from the UPD institution who brought him to power.
Why am I pessimistic about the current FMS leaders aka the Gareens? They were manufactured by the former regime and enjoy parliamentary support that could remove the prime minister so lafta Gareen whose term has ended must go and be eliminated now because he has a parliamentary base. hold KG elections in Baraawe by January which is under the Government's control.
Hirshabelle will be the first state to be liberated from Al Khawarij but it is not reasonable for Guudlaawe to continue after the war he must be overthrown in six months so that there can be an administration in line with the post-war period to solve the current middle Shabelle situation otherwise it's liberation will turn into a disaster
Next QoorQoor. Mahad Salad his potential successor cannot continue too long in his position as this govt at war with Al Shabaab so he feels he should replace him on time.
The relationship between Hassan and Mahad Salad is not based on their Damjadeed connections as many think it is based on returning the favour to Mahad's wealthy uncles who own alot of business in Magadishu, Nairobi and Dubai they funded him both in 2012 and 2022 also they looked after him in Nairobi and Dubai back in his NGO days before 2012. They own hotel Afrik in Xamar and another one in Nairobi and business company in Dubai. Mahad Got his scholarship in Egypt through former president Abdiqasim with their help and they were looking after him in Cairo and spoiling him alot they are his flesh uncles.
