HSM appoints greedy ambassadors who he considers to be hustlers and money makers. For example; yesterday the Somali society in Limpopo, South africa have published a damning letter accusing the Somali embassy in South Africa of EXTORTION and illicit coercions to obtain money from the struggling Somali stores in that region. The embassy told them to pay 350k Rand (20k dollars) immediately and they sent a committee that comprises of one tribe to collect the money, the Somali society objected to the route taken by the embassy. Embassy is claiming that they're building a new embassy in Pretoria next year, which could be a farce and untrue.
This is widely believed to be a scam, HSM is also saying the same thing to the Somali people in Tanzania to gain huge sums of money from them, "we're going to build a new embassy in Dodoma"..
This is the ambassador of Somalia to Tanzania explicitly counting the land owned by Somali gov in Tanzania, people interpreted that as a signal to HSM to sell all of it cheap.

In India, HSM appointed Ahmed Ali dahir as an ambassador to India in 2022, since then he tried to defraud Indian hospitals in Delhi and Hyderabad to gain money from them per patient. He encouraged and corroborated with the Indian police to deport Somali people who are mostly refugees in that country. In late 2024 he fired a brilliant female embassy staff of Somali origin, do you know why?! For fighting for Somali people jailed in India, some of them are there indefinitely without a lawyer or a person who's involved with their case.
