This is expected and im not suprised at all, follows perfectly in the trend I preached. The south only agreement is 'harm' of PL whether politically, economically, security, scholarshps, etc. The tactic may change or mutate but the end-goal is always the same. Clans within Somalia are vastly different some focus in-wards with confidence in themselves while also playing a positive role for others, while other spend their whole existence focusing 'outwards' and a destructive role while also having no confidence in his own ppl(no inward focus) with slaved minds which HSM is demonstrating. While SL is in between it focuses inward yet contributes 'negativity' outwards so the slave mind condition 'scales' it's not identical or the same at all in Somalia.
PL focuses in-ward while spreading outwards positivity to others
Hawiye focuses outward spreading harm/negativity with no in-ward focus
Isaaq focuses inward but spreads harm outward.
PL is the most free mind in Somalia, that's what a landheere does
HAG is the most inferior no inward focus 30 years outward focus on others
Isaaq is in the middle in-ward focus but shows hawiye symptoms outwardly only contributes harm/negativity.
I dare anyone to challenge that

I wouldn't call HSM a true abgaal tho hiss 'wacaysle' so lives and influenced by HG, the other abgaals focus inwards and rarely show symptoms of outwards focus. HG is notoriously the worst, spends his whole existence outward focus and squatting in ppl land, all their leaders contribute conflict on others or they influence wacaysle to do their bidding. And also i wouldn't trust anything Denis government would say against President HSM if I was you, the man is HSM opposition and has 2 months left on his term.
Saciid Deni would say anything to garner support from Puntlands public in his fight for 2 year extension and against SFG.

I doubt this but PL refuses to join up Education with the rest of the country and follow FGS curriculum so why should it have FGS certification
