He created a new company. It will have its own trucks and machinery to help build Hargeysa's roads and pavements. He done this using Hargeysa's tax money. No more NGO's or begging charities just to build simple roads for people to use. We in Mogadishu have the likes of Xiijaar and his whole CBB family finishing off our tax money. It looks like Hargeysa is about to change for the best. Do you see any Xijaars walking around Hargeysa, you know reer Somaliland would never accept that nonsense. Mogadishu is 50x richer than Hargeysa. We could create a bigger construction company dedicated to building Mogadishu's roads and pavements.
