My city makes more money than the whole of Puntland and what point were you trying to make puntland does nothing for Somalia it's a lost cause they should be left alone.

What matters is not total economic output but per capita output. India has a larger economy than Qatar.

If you take the economy of Puntland and you divide it evenly and do the same thing in Banadir, the average person in Puntland would end up with more money than the average person in Banadir. Keep in mind that Banadir has nearly 600,000 IDPs.
