Look the difference between HAG and Puntaland is miner is all how the country will be governed for the future. It will be solved through negotiation.

Laaakin Reer Puntland have always been the part of Somalia that is a bastion of peace. Is this not true? When I say they are doing better it's in all the angles of the word. Including security.
