At work, there is this Blonde, Blue eyes manager who has worked for our company for many years. This manager is a no nonsense kinda of a Manager. Straight laced. First when i met him, i thought he was a racist- as he fired every black person that got hired. I used to silently stare at him thinking what a racist. Then with time i began to see he also fired White people, Asian people. It so happen he is a man of strict rules. No human consideration. If you do not follow rules- you are OUT! This style of managing gave him sort of control and power. (and lazy, because he didn't do the Coaching part which is vital for a leader.) He was good at it. But now- the market is in favor of employees. Very hard to find employees. And this man was firing every person they brought in. They even hired a man to do just recruit job seekers, to bring new people in. But the recruiter complained and said " guys- this guy is firing more people than i find". So the management talked to the strict manager- to ease and be a little human. Now how can he do that? For more than 15 years this is what he did, and was good at it. In the end they fired him. Because companies needs employees- to produce and meet the Quota! And how they fired the strict manager was cruel. They told him to take a half day out. And called him at home to say you are FIRED! Then, They hired a blonde white girl with rabbit teeth in his position. Karma is a B!!@@@. -right?
My humble lesson you ask? : Corporate companies are not your friend. They will eat YOU ALIVE, they even ete their own. Come to work, and go home.[ Hassbunalahii waa nicimaati waaqiil! Periodt!
It doesn't matter if you are blonde and blued eyed--when they stop needing YOU- you are OUT!
So sad. His best friend another manager, who was not also included in the Exit email chain came to me and asked me to forward him the email of his fired friend email exit. This cadaans thinks i am dumb because i have a rosy cheek.? Helll to the naawwww qaxbaah ! I told him i can't forward you the email boo-- its against the policy, and continued eating my apple!
Anyway -- guys be humble~ ! Repent your Sins!
