I wouldn’t get my hopes up, of all the planned gated communities announced in Somalia the only ones that actually got built was Daarusalam. I think people undershoot the actual cost and end up having to give up halfway.

Street lights, layouts, trees , equipments and the land purchase all of that probably cost an arm and a leg. This is a legit planned project not like most hollow projects its a planned city, you have to take covid into consideration as they said it pushed it back.


And alot of Warsangelis put money in the project its as real as it gets half of it will go to Warsangelis and the others to willing buyers.

Bosaso was the first place to have a large housing construction project and this was many years ago and it was a success. Amal City is on the way and GuryoSamo will also be a success insha'Allah.

It takes time to pull through wait until Deni pulls up with the asphalt road.

I’m not a betting man but I’d bet on Deni to get the road finished. He’s nearly done Gaalkacyo-Garowe which is a longer road than any the FGS have built.
