The reality is SL has always gotten more aid than any other region and would collapse within hours if the tap was shut.

I remember it clear as the day when in Mogadishu they decided to wire 1 million to the poor drought stricken people in Awdal . The money never reached them instead the people of Satan themselves in Hargeisa hid the money deep inside their pockets.
