UAE exports $530 million in rolled tobacco to Somalia,why is there no ciggrate production,is tobacco grown in somalia?,might sound evil but there is a large market for tobacco products in somalia why is no one tapping in?not a single tobacco manufacturer in somalia,that 530 million could easily go to a somali entrepreneur

JL is the most fertile state in Somalia but I don't know if it is the only one capable of growing tobacco.
