The madow guy with the knife is identified. And unless they have other video, I think the "Aggravated Assault and Assault with a Weapon" charges are wrong. It is the injured guy who started the fighting, and the guy was defending himself. However, the "Attempt Murder" is applicable since he chased the guy and stabbed him repeatedly. He may also have a prior criminal record and hence the "two counts to Comply Release Order" charge. As far as I can see only 1 and 4 charges are applicable.
