BERBERA–Team from the ministry of livestock in Somaliland launched vaccination campaign for livestock against PPR and Sheep and Goat Box against livestock in Dubur settlement which lies in Sahil region. Ministry of livestock regional coordinator, Hon. Mohamud Ahmed Alanle said that the inoculations are aimed at eliminating diseases which are common to goats and sheep. The team sent by the ministry will provide the vaccinations to many livestock in the region as far as inoculation is concerned. Livestock is the mainstay of Somaliland economy.
