Next time you speak to healthcare professionals, take their full name and title at the beginning of the call. If they pull some shit, report them. "habal habal with so-and-so title from that deparment is......."

I'm just giving a general solution for when someone ain't collaborating on the phone. Getting their name/ title in the beginning is important cuz they'll be in line for fear of you reporting their ass. If you don't, they'll act the way they want to, and when you ask for their name/ title at the end they might just hang up on you 
Basically blamed me for the situation not being handled after I told her I called 8 to 10 times without a response. She also accused me of yelling at her. Had to leave work early just to drive there to handle the issue.
She inserted her name when I called. It was a receptionist.looooooool!

She cried because I told her the truth apparently and she couldn't handle it.
