Even stem is not safe bro. To all my Somali people who grew up in big Somali communities, learn to be politically correct. Saying the wrong thing or wrong joke can f*ck you up a job or cheque. White ppl don’t play with khanis shit. Use your minority statues to get positions and jobs, and keep your personal views PERSONAL

Great advice brother

always be professional and treat everyone with respect.
It's important to remember you are there to make a living, contribute or learn.
fortunately the coding community is huge and I am sure you will learn from the experience and in no time join a new one. But in the mean time, keep practicing on leetcode. :)

I disagree about the salary part. Some companies make their employees believe that talking about salaries is taboo/illegal but that ensures that everyone is paid correctly. How would you know if a junior is earning 2x your salary if you never talk about it.

I wanted to have that on IG but they don’t allow custom pronouns.

Why would you willingly participate in a discord full of fury lovers and qaniis sympathizers?
If you're struggling with learning to program then I advice you use that time to do actual projects. No amount of hand holding would ever help you become proficient in a language.

Here are the steps I used to learn python
1. Learn basics - https://www.w3schools.com/python/ - Learn only up to Arrays section
2. Practice project Euler to cement the basics - https://projecteuler.net/
3. Learn OOP - https://realpython.com/python3-object-oriented-programming/
4. Practice OOP - Try to make a hangman game, card game, Hotel management system, etc...

Public Discord servers are full of all sorts of degenerates, especially ones involving programming. I don't know what it is about programming that attracts those types. Go to GitHub and comb over multiple repositories, there's a good chance the main person behind a repo is a man in a dress.
