Nomads are on a temporary exception. Land management practices on the state level are premature.

Here's an example: In Canada between the borders of Saskatchewan and Alberta there are strict and stiff penalties for unregistered

When a state has equal rights for all Somalis, people will invest and contribute to that region.

I would rather have 10 different Somalis from other states in my office and company, instead of 10 Xoolos from my tribe who can't work.
