Global Cybersecurity Index rankings (Somalia surprises)

Global Cybersecurity Index for the past year has come out. Somalia has jumped 19 places to come 137th/194 in the world.

In context, Somalia is 28th in Africa and 19th in the Arab League

As we all know, Cybersecurity is rapidly becoming a crucial component of governance and Somalia is making clear strides in this field.

With how developed the telecommunications sector is.Surely in terms of cyber security, they should have been ranked much higher?
Expect rankings to go up much higher in the coming years seeing as though mobile penetration is high

I think it may be more due to the government's cybersecurity capabilities rather than the private sector. Could be wrong tho.

Somalia has a lot of IT graduates from their universities, makes sense that we will improve in these rankings.
