Alright, I didnāt follow my plan to workout last month, but this month will be different
I have my own workout plan & Iād highly recommend you to make your own because Iām not sure how your body is set up & whether or not you want to gain or lose in certain areas.
Also, Iām not sure if any gyms are open, in whatever country youāre situated in, since every countryās rules vary.
Regardless, you can still workout at home.
Iāll give you my rest day workout plan because in my opinion, there should be no rest days!!
February only has 28 days, so at least reach 50% success & workout for 14 days.
Of course, skip some days whenever your body feels tense or you feel as though your day is hectic.
