Allthough he killed soooo many muslims and was ruthless, his military qualities were pretty impressive ngl. The way he unified his people and took advantage of the friction in the chinese empire.

His people were all mounted on horseback and shot arrows. Nobody had seen that before but it was normal for Eurasian steppe nomads. It’s not like he was Alexander the Great. What did the mongols leave behind? A state? Infrastructure? A religion like the Arab conquests? They were just the greatest mooryaan or all time. They asked nations for gold or they would destroy them.

Yes, Genghis khan was slightly like napoleon. Them two , rameses ii, julius ceaser ,alexander the great , and manstein were the best military strategists in human history.
