Gen Z hate dangerous things and taking risks

This has to be a huge net negative for society as a whole. It does open a door for a small group of Gen Z to find extreme success though. Wonder how Gen Alpha (2010 babies) will turn out.

It's not their fault. Their lame Gen X parents conditioned them that way. Gen X are worse than the boomers. The decent Gen X are those without kids and either dead, fell on hard economic times, or are addicted to drugs/alcohol.

Aren’t there more cameras around ? If you do something dangerous and illegal—you’ll be arrested or ridiculed online.

Yup. They can't do Ding Dong Ditch anymore. Some Gen X white woman will post photos on the Nextdoor app exposing them telling neighbours to watch out and to identify them. They even post photos of kids playing street hockey because they are an inconvenience.

Depends on what is meant by dangerous in the 90s av today. You can see TikToks of teens jumping on roofs o tall buildings which I think was rare in the 90s.

It’s good in other ways. Less teen pregnancies, less drug abusing/taking and the list goes on. But it’s an issue when you look it at from a business stand point as in order to be successful, you need to take risk if not, you’ll be stagnant.

Another issue is that Gen Z are a lot more lonely compared to our parents gen. They don’t put themselves out there as much whether it be friendships or relationships, which results in smaller friendship groups and higher rates of single hood. This might be why, gender wars and misogyny are a lot higher now as people are simply stuck online (particularly young men) rather than actually having an insight to how real men/women are.
