Fun fact. When english explorer Richard Burton visited somaliland in the 19th century he called somalis superstitious for believing that mosquitoes were responsible for Malaria. Back then eurooeans believed malaria originated from bad air in swamps. A few years later Europeans finally found out that a parasite carried by mosquitoes is the cause of malaria

Somalis also used Wabaayo a poison derived from a plant to make poisonous arrows, i believe Geeljires also used it for it's medicinal purposes in low quantities. Wabaayo is now called ouabaine in medical science and it's used in drugs to treat hypotension and some arrhythmias.

fenugreek is amazing, my mom used to cook it in a meat stew.
I would advise you against the usage of Fenugreek (Xulbad). It has a nasty odor and people will notice it from your sweat. Your romantic relationships might take a hit due to that nasty smell.
100% you sweat it out for 2-3 days, I only eat it on bank holiday weekends.
