Garowe has terrible water! PL corruption!

PL is the most peaceful region in Somalia. It's cities are growing and the diaspora heavily invest leading to a tremendous amount of tax collection for a 3rd world local administration.. From what I've seen, the local police are usually in their police stations due the lack of crime. One can credit this to the Puntland government and it's locals since peace is a social contract but other than that the government is lacking in almost everything else. Garowe is the story of Puntland with amazing Hotels, Parks, and gardens most of this built by diaspora investment.

All that I mentioned is great but there are basic things that are thrown out of the window due to heavy corruption! Why on earth does Garowe's water tate like blood!!
You have to drive through a doox(Tog) to go to the Hospital with no bridge. Also the road to Burtinle is broken. The road to from Burtinle to Galkacyo is in the condition of Akhir zamaan!! Wallahi I wonder were this tax money goes!!

Hargeisa is the only place in Somaliland with water issues. It's elevated on dry plateau.

Boy say wallahi Garowe water don't taste like blood!! Did you even ever visit somalia? I ain't no langaab; tanade live in Nugaal, Bari, mudug, lower Jubba, and DDS don't pull that card. Btw Galkacyo has zamzam water compared to Garowe.

Never tasted garoowe water but water in qardho is awful. I think most desert parts of the world water is naturally like that you aren't supposed to drink it, only use it for cooking and washing same in the gulf.
