Garowe Collected $56 Million In Taxes

If Garowe can collect $56 million a year and it's not even using half our taxation capacity such as (income tax, sales tax, fuel tax), why does Galkacyo n Bosaso who have way more revenue locally, why are they not progressing as fast as garowe? they all respond that 'garowe' is the capital but garowe works with much less revenue then Galkacyo and Bosaso, their simply is no excuse in my opinion for Bosaso and Galkacyo to fall behind. Galkacyo could easily collect $300 million a year and Bosaso $450 million. Bosaso is 7 x the size of Garowe, that's 7 times 56 million

Puntland Budget should be way over the billion mark.

Puntland needs a 'rural budget focus'. More then 60% of our people live outside the 'road corridor', if we do not collect revenues here, we are only relying on 40% of the people. I would collect all taxes from rural areas and centralize it and tell the locals each year we will focus on one territory at a time when you combine all your taxes.

We can't treat them like Qardho-Garowe-Bosaso-Galkacyo-Burtinle as these towns r smaller and their revenues alone won't be enough, they need to 'combine' their efforts into 'one sanduuq' and wait for their turn in the development.

Deni did this to turn reer Garowe's attention to 1m1v, he did the same thing in Qardho before the election, the new mayor said they will focus on achieving 1m1v in December.
