Galmudug/Hirshabelle Have No Constitution And Resemble Private Shops Status

How do we call, define and treat GM/HS as public entities with legal authority, there is no legal constitution it reports too not even a 'charter'. PL/JL both have constitutions because their government is it's people will, who does galmudug/hirshabelle represent? is it a shop-front or some private government?

In order to be a public entity you need a public endorsed and recognized charter or constitution given to the government vesting it as the legal authority over it's region or nation and a different status to private shops.

GM/HS according to locals is the will of a 'few' men in Mogadishu not the 'many' and thereforee treated and seen as a paper state. A govt is endorsed, codified/legally to represent the many not few men in Mogadishu depending on federal election cycles and 4 year presidents.

It’s time you got over the delusion of a confederation. I’m sure the FGS produced constitution after nearly 15 years of work on it, with hundreds of millions invested by the IC, with technical experts and the best legal minds, with contribution from civil society, citizens and every kind of politician is better than whatever some reer baadiyo from PL managed to scribble together

Yes like it’s dictating on debt relief, NCC and income taxes. FGS has moved on, HSM said as much in his speech today in the Galmudug anniversary party.

No one is attacking you, you can do your own thing without the FGS. While South-Central Somalia does another. If you’re so worried about a divorce, just consider it a break till you come to your senses.
